DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS

  1. Website Projects:

    • A 60% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.

    • The remaining 40% balance is due prior to the website's publication, upon project approval, and before the final package is delivered.

    • A deposit invoice/QUOTATION will be emailed at the start of the project.

  1. Graphic Design Projects:

    • For graphic design projects under $10,000, a 100% payment is required upfront.

    • For projects exceeding $10,000, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin. The remaining balance is due upon project approval and completion.

  1. SGH CORE SERVICES:

  • All SGH CORE services, including business registration, tax filing, business consultancy, seals/stamps, business banking assistance, and SGH CORE packages, require full payment before processing.

  • Payments made for SGH CORE services are non-refundable, as government fees, document preparations, and processing begin immediately upon submission.

REVISIONS

  • Each design project includes 1–3 days for revisions or a designated revision period as outlined in the project agreement.

  • The number of revisions will be specified upfront.

​

  • Any changes requested beyond the agreed-upon revision period or scope will incur additional fees.​

​

Please note: If no inspiration or reference is provided, the design will be created freestyle based on my expertise. Once that design is completed, it cannot be completely redone — a new design would require a separate payment. As stated before, each design allows for up to 3 revisions (fixes) only.

EXPRESS SERVICES

​​We offer express services at a price determined by the quantity and nature of designs needed, as well as how soon you would like said design(s). Express Designs must be paid for in full for designs to be booked and is nonrefundable. Designs done under Express services do not qualify for promotional discounts unless otherwise specified.

ABONDONED PROJECTS

  • Projects have defined timelines with estimated start and completion dates.

 

  • Clients must provide feedback promptly once design work begins.

 

  • If feedback or approval is not received within the specified timeline, the project may be deemed abandoned or completed at Shina Graphics Hub’s discretion.

 

  • Abandoned projects are non-refundable, and additional fees may apply if the project is resumed.

PORTFOLIO, DESIGN AND WEBSITE CREDIT

  • Shina Graphics Hub reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, including but not limited to online platforms, social media, and promotional materials.

  • Clients with privacy concerns must notify us in writing at the start of the project.

​

  • Websites designed by Shina Graphics Hub will include a discreet credit link, which may be removed only with prior written approval.

PROMOTIONAL SERVICES

  • Full non-refundable payment is required to qualify for any promotion unless we state otherwise.

  • Promotional prices do not apply for designs done with our express services.

COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP

  • All graphic designs created by Shina Graphics Hub are custom-designed and exclusive to each client.

​

  • Concepts or drafts that are not selected and paid for remain the property of Shina Graphics Hub. Using unpurchased concepts without consent is a violation of our copyright.

​

  • Full ownership of designs transfers to the client only upon full payment.

THIRD-PARTY BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS

  • Businesses outsourcing TO Shina Graphics Hub as a graphic designer must:

  1. Provide clear project details, including deliverables, timelines, and expectations.

  2. Ensure that all client communications, feedback, and approvals are promptly relayed to Shina Graphics Hub to avoid project delays.

  3. Acknowledge that any misuse, misrepresentation, or unauthorized use of our designs may result in legal action.

CONFIDENTIALITY

  • Shina Graphics Hub will treat all client-provided information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without prior consent.

  • Likewise, clients must respect Shina Graphics Hub's proprietary processes, templates, and designs.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Shina Graphics Hub is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from delays, errors, or issues beyond our control.

  • Once final deliverables are approved and handed over, Shina Graphics Hub is not responsible for further modifications or issues unless under a separate agreement.

CONTRACT AGREEMENT

By initiating a project with Shina Graphics Hub, you agree to be bound by these policies and procedures. These terms are accessible via our invoices, quotes, and website, ensuring transparency and clarity for all parties.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of a dispute, all efforts will be made to resolve issues amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be governed by the laws applicable to our registered business jurisdiction.

DOCUMENT SUBMISSION POLICY

  • All clients are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date documents.

  • SGH Business will not be held responsible for errors, penalties, or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by clients.

  • Documents must be submitted before the stated deadline for processing. Late submissions may attract additional fees.

  • Clients must provide accurate and valid documents such as TRN, valid ID, proof of address, and business details before processing begins. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in delays or rejection by the relevant government bodies.

CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PROTECTION POLICY

  • All personal and business information, including TRNs, IDs, and financial records, are kept strictly confidential.

  • Data is only used for the purpose of completing your service request and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

  • SGH Business uses secure methods for document storage and submission.

PROCESSING & RESPONSIBILITY POLICY

  • SGH Business acts as a facilitator for tax filing and business registration.

  • Final approval of filings and registrations lies with the Tax Administration Jamaica (TAJ) or relevant government body.

  • SGH Business is not liable for government delays, system downtime, or rejections beyond our control.

  • SGH acts as a facilitator for business registration, tax filing, and banking services.
    Final approval and issuance of documents are determined solely by the Companies Office of Jamaica (COJ), Tax Administration Jamaica (TAJ), and respective financial institutions.
    SGH is not responsible for delays caused by these external agencies or system maintenance periods.

CLIENT COOPERATION POLICY

  • Clients must remain accessible during the process to answer queries or provide additional information.

  • Lack of response from clients may cause delays or cancellation of the service.

  • SGH Business is not responsible for penalties arising from missed deadlines due to client unresponsiveness.

COMPLIANCE POLICY

  • SGH Business operates in compliance with Jamaican tax and business regulations.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that the details they provide meet all legal requirements.

  • SGH Business does not encourage or participate in fraudulent activities such as false reporting.

  • SGH is not liable for any losses, penalties, or delays resulting from government rejections, system downtime, or client-provided misinformation.

  • Our role is to ensure timely and accurate submission of your documents, following all procedural requirements.

BUSINESS CONSULTACY SERVICES

  • Consultations are by appointment only and must be paid in full prior to confirmation.
    Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.

AMENDMENT AND REVISIONS

  • Once documents are filed or submitted, no changes can be made unless the relevant government body permits an amendment.
    Any client-requested changes after submission may attract additional government or administrative fees.

COMPLETION AND DELIVERY

  • Clients will be notified upon successful completion of registration, filing, or consultancy.

  • All official documents (certificates, seals, etc.) will be delivered digitally or physically, depending on the service package selected.

SGH CORE PACKAGES

  • All SGH CORE Packages must be paid in full before activation.

  • Each package includes the listed services only; any additional requests outside the package will incur separate charges.

UPDATE TO POLICY

Shina Graphics Hub reserves the right to update these policies as necessary. Clients will be notified of changes, and the latest version will always be available on our website.
